For Lease for Duck Season 2024

Located 1 mile or less from Grand Pass Wildlife Area. This lease is for you and 5  of your duck hunting friends that last through the entire 2024 duck season. 

*As a leasee you have the entire flooding/pit all to yourself.

  • 6 Acres of Flooded Corn

  • 6 Person Heated Pit 

  • 2 Ice Eaters

  • Electricity at the Pit for Ice Eaters

  • Decoys, Spinners, and Agitators Available

  • Pump Switch Located at the Pit

  • Lodging available, 2.5 miles from the pit. *Additional charge per day after Thanksgiving.
